Are they waterproof?
Our watches have a water resistance of 5 ATM, meaning they’re designed to withstand daily water exposure, like splashes or rain. However, we don’t recommend them for swimming or diving. Several factors, like an unscrewed crown or sudden impact, can affect water resistance. If enhanced water resistance is needed, please let us know before ordering. Our workshop in Seville can add reinforced gaskets for an additional fee. Please note any markings on our dials are decorative and do not reflect the actual water resistance level of the watches.

What's a SEIKO MOD?
A Seiko Mod is a customized Seiko watch that’s been modified to reflect the owner's personal style. Enthusiasts can replace parts like the bezel, dial, hands, and straps to achieve a unique look while keeping Seiko's reliable movement. It’s a way to enjoy luxury-inspired design and high-quality materials (like sapphire crystal or ceramic bezels) without using replicas or counterfeits, allowing for an individualized and often high-quality timepiece.

What is the delivery time?
We typically require 3-5 business days to assemble your watch. After that, delivery time is around 2-3 business days. In total, the process usually takes about 5-10 business days. Please note that custom watches may require an additional 3-4 business days.
Do I have to pay import fees in my country?
No, you won’t encounter any additional charges. We cover all taxes and import fees, ensuring a hassle-free delivery experience. The price you see is the total amount you pay, with no surprise fees upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
When your watch has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your order’s status as it makes its way to you. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us, and we’ll send it to you manually.

Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address as soon as you place an order. If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, please contact us via the website chat to check if there was an issue with your order. Before reaching out, please check your junk or spam folder, as the confirmation may have been redirected there.
Can I cancel my order?
There is a brief period between placing your order and its processing. If you contact us through the website chat immediately after ordering, it may be possible to cancel before it’s processed. Please note that orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you reach out after this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped, but you will still have the option to return it once it’s delivered.
Can I exchange or return my watch?
You may return the item within 14 days of receipt if it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. We also offer exchanges at no additional cost if there are issues with delivery or if you receive a damaged package. Please note that this policy does not apply to custom watches. If you request a return, we will provide the most suitable return address. If you have questions regarding sizing or other specifications, please email us.
